Who we are

NADI CRM is a customer-management and WhatsApp messaging platform operated by RAJESH CHANGDEO CHAVAN, 371/383/A/P, Bhood, Tal. Khanapur, Dist. Sangli, Maharashtra 415309, India. Businesses (our "clients") use it to run their own customer lists, WhatsApp conversations and campaigns.

What data we process

Account data: the name and email of the people who sign in to a client workspace.

WhatsApp connection data: when a client connects WhatsApp through Meta's Embedded Signup we receive the WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display name, number status and quality rating, and an access token. The token is stored encrypted and is never shown back in the browser.

Customer and message data: names, phone numbers, message text, templates and delivery status of the client's own customers. We process this only on behalf of the client, inside that client's workspace.

We request only the Meta permissions whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging.

How we use it

To send and receive WhatsApp messages and manage message templates as instructed by the client, to show delivery and quality status, to provide support, and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell data, do not use a client's data for our own marketing or advertising, and do not combine data between clients.

Who we share it with

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — to deliver messages. Hostinger — the server provider that hosts our application and database. These providers process data only to provide their service.

We disclose data to authorities only where the law of India requires it.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we control. Each client's data is separated by workspace and protected by access controls. Access tokens are encrypted. Daily backups are kept for up to 30 days and then removed.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the client's workspace is active. A client, or a person whose data a client holds, can ask for deletion at any time — see the Data Deletion page. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
