Terms of Service

The service

NADI CRM is provided by RAJESH CHANGDEO CHAVAN. It lets a business manage customers and send WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Access is by invitation from the platform owner or an authorised agency.

Your responsibilities

Send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, and follow the WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform Terms.

Do not use the service for spam, unlawful or misleading content. Keep your sign-in details private.

WhatsApp and billing

Your WhatsApp Business Account belongs to you. Meta bills message charges directly to your account; you must keep a valid payment method with Meta. We do not add a markup on Meta's message charges.

Meta may restrict or suspend a number or account for policy violations or low quality. We are not responsible for such decisions.

Suspension

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the platform or other clients at risk.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by Meta, network or third-party outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Sangli, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
